Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the main conditions that apply when you access the Blackbox RMS website, customer portal, demos, installers, licenses, and live software editions.
Blackbox RMS Services
Blackbox RMS is supplied as a digital software product with account-based delivery, license handling, downloads, updates, and related portal services.
Customer Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
- Account access must not be shared in a misleading, abusive, or unauthorised way
- You should keep your contact details accurate so orders, licenses, and support can be managed properly
Orders And Payment
- Software purchases are handled digitally through the customer portal
- Payment is processed by secure third-party providers such as Stripe
- Pricing, delivery flow, and any available purchase models are shown at the point of purchase
Licensing
- Each purchase is intended for the licensed customer or approved team using that account
- Licenses may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or redistributed without permission
- Software access depends on valid license activation and account status where applicable
- Blackbox RMS may suspend or revoke access where there is clear misuse, fraud, or unauthorised redistribution
Digital Delivery
Installers, license files, and owned customer downloads are delivered digitally through the customer portal unless stated otherwise.
Rent-To-Own Plans
Where Blackbox RMS offers rent-to-own, access is linked to the active payment plan. If the plan completes successfully, ownership converts in line with the purchase model shown during checkout. If payments fail or access is cancelled, the related entitlement may be paused, restricted, or ended according to the plan terms.
Demos And Trial Access
Demo or trial builds are provided so customers can evaluate the software before buying. Demo access may be feature-limited, time-limited, or subject to different delivery conditions than the full paid editions.
Updates And Support
Blackbox RMS may provide updates, fixes, and support as part of the product and account workflow. The shape, timing, and scope of support or updates may vary depending on the edition, the delivery model, and the service offering in place at the time.
Acceptable Use
- You must not use Blackbox RMS in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive
- You must not attempt to bypass licensing, portal security, or access controls
- You must not upload or distribute malicious files, harmful code, or misleading content through the platform
Intellectual Property
Blackbox RMS software, branding, website content, portal systems, and related materials remain the property of Blackbox RMS unless stated otherwise. Purchasing software gives you a license to use it in line with these terms and the issued license, not ownership of the platform itself.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights that apply to digital content and digital services where those rights cannot legally be excluded.
Service Changes
Blackbox RMS may update, improve, replace, or retire parts of the website, portal, demo program, or software offering where reasonably necessary for service development, security, legal compliance, or product direction.
