Blackbox RMS Services
Blackbox RMS is supplied as a digital software product with account-based delivery, license handling, downloads, updates, and related portal services.
Customer Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
- Account access must not be shared in a misleading, abusive, or unauthorised way
- You should keep your contact details accurate so orders, licenses, and support can be managed properly
Orders And Payment
- Software subscriptions are handled digitally through the customer portal
- Payment is processed by secure third-party providers such as Stripe
- Pricing, delivery flow, and any available subscription models are shown at checkout
Licensing
- Each subscription is intended for the licensed customer or approved team using that account

Intellectual Property
Blackbox RMS software, branding, website content, portal systems, and related materials remain the property of Blackbox RMS unless stated otherwise. Purchasing software gives you a license to use it in line with these terms and the issued license, not ownership of the platform itself.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights that apply to digital content and digital services where those rights cannot legally be excluded.
Service Changes
Blackbox RMS may update, improve, replace, or retire parts of the website, portal, or software offering where reasonably necessary for service development, security, legal compliance, or product direction.
